Located 14 miles south of Kalispell, our communities are the destination spot for locals as well as tourists. All four seasons in Lakeside and Somers offer something for everyone, from skiing the slopes of Blacktail Mountain to sailing and boating majestic Flathead Lake.

Neighborhood Highlights:

Downtown Lakeside: The heart of the community, Downtown Lakeside offers a charming mix of shops, restaurants, and local businesses. Residents enjoy easy access to the lakefront, parks, and recreational activities, as well as community events and festivals held throughout the year.
Somers: Adjacent to Lakeside, Somers is a small town with a strong sense of community. It offers a mix of residential areas, parks, and waterfront access along the shores of Flathead Lake. Somers is known for its outdoor recreational opportunities, including boating, fishing, and hiking.
West Lakeside: This area is characterized by its stunning lakefront properties and upscale homes. Residents of West Lakeside enjoy breathtaking views of Flathead Lake and the surrounding mountains.
Rollins: Located just south of Lakeside, Rollins is a quiet lakeside community known for its tranquil setting and recreational opportunities. Leslie Reeder

Leslie Reeder of Kalispell Montana has always loved the mountains! Growing up in a small mountain town, she moved to Montana in 2002 to make a new home for herself. While the scenery may have been new, the career wasn’t. A lifelong real estate professional, Leslie has a well-rounded perspective and ample experience that comes from building several personal homes, licensed in multiple states since her early 20’s.

Dedicated to maintaining the comfort of her clients, Leslie streamlines real estate transactions making it uncomplicated. Her knowledge surpasses many as she cares for her clients like they are family. Helping others is what drives her to have current knowledge of financing options and market statistics so her clients can make informed decisions. There are many fine details in this industry that can easily be overlooked during the buying and selling process, especially for Veterans. She has the experience needed to take care of all avenues, and even predict possible road bumps to dissolve them before they are an issue.

As a wife of a Veteran and a member of the AVVA, Leslie is always looking for ways to support the community and our fellow Veterans. Although Leslie has spent her entire life in mountain towns, she’s partial to the Flathead Valley and its places, spaces, and people. In her free time, Leslie loves to spend time with her family and is grateful for everything the area has to offer. No matter what season it is, you can generally find her outside, hiking, rafting, fishing, skiing, golfing, or just relaxing and catching crawdads at a local hot spot.
